Dr. David Saadat is a world-renowned, board-certified surgeon with over 20 years of experience in Otolaryngology, Facial & Reconstructive Surgery, and Sleep Medicine. He is known for his warm bedside manner and his commitment to helping patients achieve optimal cosmetic and functional results. Dr. Saadat is affiliated with top medical schools and hospitals in California and frequently lectures on the latest surgical, sleep, and breathing techniques. He is passionate about learning and often collaborates with other doctors globally, leading to groundbreaking and innovative techniques. He recalls his very first surgery, a rhinoplasty during his residency at USC, where he learned the philosophy of combining artistic and surgical skills to achieve natural and pleasing results.

Racquel is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Racquel Aesthetics and RFA Medical Grade Skincare.

With over 16 years of experience in aesthetics, she has dedicated herself to helping people feel amazing and confident in their own skin. This mission has been the driving force behind her work from the very beginning.

Racquel's ever-evolving knowledge of the latest beauty innovations, combined with her personable demeanour and eagerness to help others reach their beauty goals and personal potential, make her the go-to girl for patients all over the country.

As a national trainer for Galderma, Allergan & The RA Way, her training academy, Racquel has had the privilege of sharing her knowledge and expertise with others in the industry.

Her philosophy stems from her belief in the 'look good, feel good' mentality. When people feel their best, they can project the best version of themselves into every facet of their lives, making them a better partner, parent, co-worker, and friend.

Jonathan M. Sykes, MD is Professor Emeritus and former Director of Facial Plastic Surgery at UC Davis. He is the editor of six textbooks and author of more than 225 scientific publications. A highly sought-after lecturer, he has delivered over 1,000 presentations worldwide and has reviewed leading journals in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Sykes has performed more than 20,000 procedures and is an expert in rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation surgeries. He has trained many clinicians in facial anatomy, neuromodulator techniques, and filler injections, and has performed live surgical demonstrations in over 15 countries.

Committed to humanitarian work, he has completed more than 25 medical missions treating cleft and craniofacial conditions across the globe. He has served on the AAFPRS Board of Directors for a decade, including as President, and co-chaired the Many Faces of Giving campaign, raising over $4 million for education, humanitarian programs, and research.

Dr. Sykes has received prestigious awards for teaching and service and has helped train over 75 residents and 28 facial plastic surgery fellows—an aspect of his career he values most.

Adrienne Easterling, PA-C, is the CEO/Founder of VOXY Aesthetics & Wellness and the Art of Injecting Training Academy, with nearly a decade of experience in aesthetics. Her personal struggle with severe cystic acne fueled her passion for helping others achieve healthy, beautiful skin. As a national trainer for Allergan (Botox and Juvederm) and Galderma (Dysport and Restylane fillers), Adrienne has trained thousands of injectors nationwide. She has developed innovative techniques such as the NTT™ (Natural Trough Technique) and the Expression Artistry™ technique, which have set new industry standards. Her dedication to understanding the "why" behind aesthetic treatments ensures natural outcomes, with her results showcased on her Instagram page @love_your_skin_pa. At VOXY Aesthetics & Wellness, Adrienne has established a reputation for excellence and compassion, ensuring consistent, high-quality care through her proprietary training methods.

Jenna Hilton, PA-C, is a nationally recognized aesthetic injector and educator with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in Medical Aesthetics, Internal Medicine, and Regenerative Medicine, and is Board Certified in Functional and Integrative Medicine. A top 3% Allergan and Revanesse National Trainer, Jenna is known for her expertise in facial aging anatomy, ultrasound-guided aesthetics, and hormone and peptide therapies. She practices @vibrantskinbar in Phoenix AZ where she lives with her husband and three children. 

Dr. Steven Couch is a board-certified ophthalmologist and Associate Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, specializing in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. His clinical expertise covers a wide range of conditions, including thyroid eye disease, orbital and eyelid tumors, cosmetic eyelid and facial surgery, and reconstructive procedures. Dr. Couch pursued ophthalmic plastic surgery due to his passion for hands-on patient care and precision microsurgery, completing his residency at the Mayo Clinic and a competitive fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, where he remains a faculty member. He is actively involved in advancing treatment options for both cosmetic and functional eyelid conditions, with a particular interest in non-surgical therapies for thyroid eye disease and research into botulinum toxin applications and orbital tumors. Originally from Platte County, Missouri, Dr. Couch was the first physician in his family and is an Eagle Scout, reflecting his commitment to excellence in his medical career. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Heed Ophthalmic Fellowship, which supported his research endeavors.

Katelynn Rougeau, RN, CANS, is the founder of House of Beauty. With over eight years in the industry, Katelynn has become a respected educator and leader—serving as a National Galderma Trainer and a 2025 Aesthetic Next “Next Generation Leader of the Year” nominee. Her passion lies in empowering both patients and providers through education, innovation, and ethical, results-driven practice

Lexi Yoo is a double board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family and pediatric medicine, with more than a decade of experience in advanced healthcare. She is the founder of Yoo Direct Health, where she combines evidence-based medicine with a personalized, functional approach to patient care.

Lexi earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner studies from IUPUI. She later completed post-master’s training in family practice, expanding her expertise across the lifespan.

Her clinical interests include functional and integrative medicine, hormone optimization, longevity and preventive health, metabolic health, peptide therapy, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic medicine. She is also an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP), reflecting her commitment to addressing the underlying factors that contribute to health and disease.

In addition to her clinical practice, Lexi is an educator, national speaker, and healthcare practitioner trainer. Through the Yoo Direct Health Training Academy, she shares her knowledge and experience with other healthcare professionals, helping practitioners expand their skills in functional, aesthetic, and longevity-focused medicine.
