Appointment Policy

At Racquel Aesthetics we pride ourselves in offering you personalized care and reserve appointment times to accommodate your needs. Late arrivals, missed appointments or canceled appointments without sufficient notice create a gap in our providers’ schedule. These are appointments that could have been utilized to offer care to another patient.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our late arrival/cancellation/no-show policy.

Late Arrivals: If a patient arrives more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that the patients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the provider. We will make every effort to accommodate late-comers in the best manner possible, but we cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other patients.

Cancellation/No-Show: We require a 24 hour notice on all cancellations. As a courtesy to our patients, we attempt to confirm all appointments. We do recognize that situations arise that are out of your control; however it is imperative that you contact our office immediately to notify us of your cancellation in a timely manner.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a $50.00 fee. The cancellation fee will be charged to the patient’s credit card on file. Proceeds collected from our cancellation policy are donated to orphanages in Haiti & Ghana, two charities the Racquel Aesthetic’s team fully supports.

Children & Pet Policy

At Racquel Aesthetics, we love babies, children and pets, however, we ask that you please make arrangements for children and pets prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children and pets, as well as a relaxing and clean environment for all clients. Should a last minute emergency arise, please contact the office immediately to discuss possible options.

We ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to Racquel Aesthetics to avoid disruption and maintain the highest safety for our patients and staff. Should you arrive at our facility with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility.

Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on services rendered at Racquel Aesthetics.

In-store Purchases at Racquel Aesthetics: We will accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. Products should be returned to our in-store location and include your receipt.

  • Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
  • Latisse, Upneeq and all other prescriptions are ineligible for return.
  • In the rare case you have an allergy to a product, please contact your RFA skincare provider and we will be here to help you and resolve the issue.
  • Products purchased online cannot be accepted at the in-store location.
  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Online Purchases: We will accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Please pack the products in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit and include a copy of your receipt along with the product(s) you are returning to:

RFA Skincare will only cover the return shipping costs for orders involving fulfillment error.

Allow two weeks for returns and refunds to be processed if sent by mail. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
