Racquel is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Racquel Aesthetics and RFA Medical Grade Skincare.

With over 15 years of experience in aesthetics, she has dedicated herself to helping people feel amazing and confident in their own skin. This mission has been the driving force behind her work from the very beginning.

Racquel's ever-evolving knowledge of the latest beauty innovations, combined with her personable demeanour and eagerness to help others reach their beauty goals and personal potential, make her the go-to girl for patients all over the country.

As a national trainer for Galderma, Allergan & The RA Way, her training academy, Racquel has had the privilege of sharing her knowledge and expertise with others in the industry.

Her philosophy stems from her belief in the 'look good, feel good' mentality. When people feel their best, they can project the best version of themselves into every facet of their lives, making them a better partner, parent, co-worker, and friend.

She is dedicated to her craft and takes great pride in developing long-term relationships with her patients. Helping other people feel beautiful inside and out through full facial rejuvenation and customized treatment plans is Racquel's passion and purpose.

Jasmine Henderson, RN is an experienced board certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector. She is an expert in the aesthetic field, specializing in injectables and creating a customized skincare regimen for her patients. She has over 20 years of experience in the aesthetic industry which began in Columbia, Missouri while earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. Jasmine lived on the central coast of California for 6 years where she worked with some of the top aesthetic trainers in the country.

Jasmine has previously been working with a top dermatologist in Springfield, Missouri for over 9 years before joining Racquel Aesthetics. This experience has given her a vast knowledge on injectables and facial anatomy. She has truly become an expert and has a reputation for giving her patients a natural, beautiful result.

Rebecca Strickland, MSN, RN, AGPCNP-BC, is an experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years experience in the aesthetic industry. She has trained extensively with top plastic surgeons in the STL area and trained closely with Racquel Frisella. Rebecca’s ever-evolving knowledge and eagerness to help others reach their aesthetic goals allow her to stand out from others. She prides herself in staying up to date on the latest technology and technique within the industry. Her expertise is in providing her patients with a “natural, but noticeable” result. Rebecca’s artistic eye is evident in her use of dermal fillers, neurotoxins, collagen stimulation with PRP (platelet rich plasma) and her ability to create personalized skincare regimens. Her knowledge of facial anatomy, expertise in cosmetic injections, and gentle approach help achieve each patient’s individualized goals. Rebecca has a reputation of creating everlasting relationships with her patients and has a way of making them feel like family.

Brooke Coudret, RN, BSN is a board certified nurse injector with a true passion for helping people achieve confidence through aesthetic medicine. She has undergone extensive training in filler and botox injections, customized skin care regimens, PRP hair restoration, microneedling, and offers all injectable treatments available at Racquel Aesthetics. Brooke is passionate about helping people feel their very best and strives to deliver beautiful, natural results by enhancing her patients’ natural beauty. Brooke obtained her nursing degree from the Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College in 2014, and she is constantly seeking more knowledge and learning additional skills to always provide the very best treatments. She is a perfectionist and loves providing custom and individualized treatment plans for each and every patient. Brooke is a loving wife and mother to her two sons, Bowie and Bauer. When she's not working, Brooke likes to spend time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, exercising, traveling, and shopping. She is committed to developing long-term relationships with her patients and is excited to help guide them on their journey!

Madi comes to Racquel Aesthetics with over 2 years of client support and patient care experience in aesthetics and healthcare. She is passionate about helping others look and feel like the best version of themselves. As a medical assistant, Madi is committed to providing the highest level of care for patients at Racquel Aesthetics. Prior to joining the team, she spent the last year providing wellness therapies at a top medical center in St. Louis.

Madi was born in Chicago and raised in St. Louis. In her free time she enjoys spending her days outdoors, biking and hiking on local trails

Lucy Greene is our Lead Licensed Esthetician & Certified Acne Specialist who also manages our esthetics team at Racquel Aesthetics. Lucy has dedicated over 10 years to helping clients achieve beautiful skin, both in the office and virtually online. After working for a plastic surgeon for 8 years, continuous education on new devices and modalities is very important to fulfill clients' needs and expectations. Lucy is certified in Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Wet/Dry Microdermabrasion, Hydrafacial, Radiofrequency, Mild-Medium Depth Chemical Peels, & Custom Acne Regimens. As an acne sufferer herself, creating multi-faceted plans to treat inflammatory skin conditions is her passion, and has a robust portfolio of happy clients with clear skin.

Emily Altman is a Licensed Esthetician, Laser Specialist and Certified Medical Assistant. For the past 4 and a half years, she has spent her time at Nayak Plastic Surgery seeing patients solely for non-ablative laser treatments such as IPL/BBL, Laser Resurfacing and Laser Hair Reduction. Emily is frequently sought after for her experience and tremendous results.Prior to joining Nayak Plastic Surgery, Emily worked in an extremely busy dermatology practice in Chicago with five physicians. She frequently assisted in surgery, helped with biopsies and in-room exams, as well as, saw her own patient’s for everything from dermaplaning and chemical peels to lasers. It was here that Emily learned a great deal about skin diseases and disorders and developed a true understanding of the skin.Emily’s priority is to help people look and feel their best. Her goal is to always understand what is important to her patients, and then create a plan that will help them feel beautiful from the inside out! While she loves all things laser, she also loves microneedling and medical grade skincare. This industry is her passion and she is so thankful to be joining the amazing team at Racquel Aesthetics!

Denise Wilson is a Licensed Esthetician, Laser Specialist and CMA. Her natural talent as an Esthetician is enhanced by 20 years of experience working side by side with some of the top dermatologists and plastic surgeons in St. Louis. Prior to joining Racquel Aesthetics, Denise spent the last 10 years honing her skills in a cosmetic dermatology office in Frontenac, Missouri. Denise has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Resurfacing Lasers, IPL, Chemical Peels, Microneedling and Dermaplaning. She specializes in anti-aging treatments and uses IPL skin rejuvenation to treat fine lines, pigmentation from sun damage, rosacea and acne scars. Denise loves educating patients on different treatments and establishing a personalized plan of care to help them take their skin to the next level. Her goal with your session is to empower you to feel confident and radiant in your own skin.

Stephanie Garlick is a Licensed Esthetician, laser technician and Certified Medical Assistant with over 13 years of experience in the skin care industry. Her varied past experiences working in both the medical and spa settings, as well as a national trainer for Ulta Beauty, have brought together a wonderful balance of skills that further elevate the patient experience. Stephanie specializes in Skinpen Microneedling, Corrective Facials, Hydrafacials, Dermaplaning, Mild-Deep Length Chemical Peels, PRP Hair Restoration. She is also skilled in laser procedures such as CO2, IPL, and more. She recently completed Hydrafacial's coveted Connect Certification program and is now a Hydrafacial Connect Master. Stephanie’s treatments are results driven, while maintaining a relaxing and pampering atmosphere. Her love for educating and building relationships with her clients is what is most rewarding to her, and seeing their confidence rise as they achieve their skin care goals. “My love for beauty and makeup is what originally led me to a career in skin care. I enjoy providing treatments, educating, and seeing the results of individuals that share a passion about their own skin care - all while making them feel as comfortable as possible!

Annie Snodsmith is a results-driven Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Medical Assistant, Laser Technician and Skin Care Expert who believes every successful treatment plan begins with a thorough, in-depth consultation. Annie is from St. Louis and moved to Chicago & graduated from DePaul University before pursuing her love of beauty, paired with science and aesthetics. She began her career working within a plastic surgeon’s office in Chicago’s Gold Coast as well as helping her mentor open her own medical spa practice in Chicago. Annie specializes in the use of intense Pulsed Light (IPL), Broad Band Light (BBL), radio frequency, ND:YAG diode lasers, microneedling, dermaplaning, laser hair reduction, chemical peels, customized skin care plans and overall facial rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments. Annie is devoted to being a part of her client’s journey in making them look and feel more confident in their own skin by tailoring the most effective technologies and treatments to ensure the best possible results for her patients.

Allison Yevrayev is a licensed esthetician with a passion for helping others uncover their authentic beauty through skin care and self care. She has worked in the industry for many years, slowly refining her skills and finding her niche. Allison specializes in services that include SkinPen mironeedling, Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, as well as custom and corrective treatments. Allison brings with her a strong foundation of skill development through education, hands on experience, and lived experience. Her personal struggles with acne fueled her curiosity in this industry and have allowed her to truly appreciate the power of skin care. Allison believes that a consistent skin care regimen, combined with personalized treatment planning, yields the best results for maintaining healthy skin and a youthful glow.  She is excited to share this knowledge and experience with you to find that just right balance.  Allison’s ultimate goal is to listen to your needs and ensure that you leave feeling beautiful, confident, and comfortable in your own skin. 

Lea comes to Racquel Aesthetics with years of customer service experience and a love for helping others. As Patient Care Coordinator, she will ensure patients are knowledgeable about their treatments and go above and beyond to ensure they receive the best care possible. Lea is a former collegiate soccer player and graduate of Missouri Baptist University. In her spare time, Lea loves to ride horses and she recently married her high school sweetheart.

Jamie comes to Racquel Aesthetics with over 20 years of client care service and aesthetician experience. She has extensive knowledge of the skincare industry and loves helping others feel their best. As a Patient Care Coordinator, Jamie understands each patient is unique and takes the time to ensure they are assisted accordingly. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and fur babies.

Danielle Ryan comes to Racquel Aesthetics with 8 years of patient care experience. She is a certified EMT and nurse assistant with a background in emergency medicine. She loves being involved in a positive patient experience and goes above and beyond to ensure every customer experiences a positive and over-the-top experience. As a patient care coordinator, Danielle will ensure you are happy with your experience any way she can!

Danielle was born and raised in Saint Louis, MO. She is an animal lover and loves anything related to the outdoors! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, and staying active, too!

Casey comes to Racquel Aesthetics with experience in customer service and helping others. With her background in education, she is committed to educating others as a Patient Care Coordinator on what will help them look and feel their absolute best. She is passionate about building relationships with patients in order to make the patients’ experience more comfortable and enjoyable during their time at Racquel Aesthetics! Casey was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. In her free time, she loves to explore new places with her dogs and fiancé, travel whenever she can and spend time with friends and family.

Darcy, MS RD LDN comes to Racquel Aesthetics with over 10 years in the medical field as a Registered Dietitian. She has a wealth of experience in education and leadership. Darcy is dedicated to keeping the Racquel Aesthetics community the best that it can be in order to provide the best experience possible for our guests. With a background in health and wellness, she is dedicated to supporting the mission at RA and helping each and every client look and feel their best.

Darcy is a St. Louis native who loves to workout, try new restaurants and spend time with her boyfriend and dog.

Alyssa Brotherton joins Racquel Aesthetics as the Operations Manager of the RFA Skincare Division. Alyssa has a commitment to perfection and seeks to ensure RFA Skincare customers are satisfied and amazed with results of their treatments, but also with the excellent customer service that Racquel Aesthetics and RFA Skincare embodies. Her nine years as an elementary educator has enabled her to develop the skills required to be successful. Teaching diverse learners, effectively communicating with families and being a loyal teammate are attributes she believes will contribute to this outcome. She plans to incorporate her detail-oriented organizational skills, commitment to open communication and drive for satisfied clients into her duties as the operations manager. Alyssa is married, and she and her husband, Justin, are believers in healthy living and personal fitness, enjoy traveling, as well as maintaining close relationships with family and lifelong friends.

Molly’s desire to become a nurse all came to life in 2008 when her life was nearly taken away from her. At the age of 18, she suffered a rare, life-threatening allergic reaction, skin condition, called Stevens Johnson Syndrome. She lost every inch of skin and fought for 18 enduring days of her life in a burn unit. But, her drive for life allowed her to conquer the odds of survival and she earned her life and so much more. Many people take the gift of healthy skin for granted. There is nothing she takes more seriously & to heart than skin health, education and helping individuals feel confident in their own skin. This illness caused Molly to have an ever-evolving desire to be learning about the latest, greatest and best options for healthy, beautiful skin.

She has always said her dream job is to help patients achieve healthy, glowing skin and to work in the industry of medicine + beauty! Molly, MSN, RN, has worked in the aesthetic industry as a nurse for a combination of 5 years and truly loves her job. She has a strong passion for education when it comes to aesthetics and her heart sings when she gets to help patients. Molly is a perfectionist and loves to be constantly learning & growing as a provider!

Molly is a loving wife to Adam, they are expecting their 1st child, a baby girl this Summer! In her free time, she loves to workout, travel the world with Adam, shop, watch Illinois basketball, learn and spend quality time with friends and family.

Ashley Cook joins Racquel Aesthetics as the customer relations specialist of the RFA Skincare Division. She has 8 years of experience in customer service and a love for learning about people beyond the surface. Her ability to relate to customers that suffer from acne help her to ensure that each customer has an excellent experience.

Starting at the age of 12, she experienced severe acne on her face, shoulders, and back. After being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 16, she learned the effects of high blood sugar on the skin. She believes that the skin has a major impact on confidence and she finds joy in lifting the spirits of those around her. As a Customer Relations Specialist, Ashley's goal is to provide a comforting space for people to communicate what they need and do everything she can to provide support.

In her spare time, she enjoys lifting weights, trying new coffee shops, traveling, taking part in the diabetes community, and spending time with her family and boyfriend. 

Haylee joins the Racquel Aesthetics team as the Brand Coordinator of the RFA Skincare division. Haylee was originally a patient of Racquel’s and fell in love with the overall mission of building confidence in others. As a patient herself, she knows firsthand the magnitude and capabilities that investing in the right skincare products and treatments has on transforming skin. With deep admiration for the elevated RA experience and quality of products/services provided, Haylee was committed to aligning her career with her passion for helping others feel their absolute best.

With over 5 years of public accounting experience as a CPA and earning a masters degree, she has the foundation and drive to excel in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks at hand. She comes with a team player mentality and is dedicated to providing top level customer service. She believe these skills coupled with her heart for all things beauty and helping others will guide her in this role. As the Brand Coordinator, she is committed to continuously learning to provide the best possible care for each and every patient. Her goal is to bring that same energy and drive to the RFA Skincare customers that has been consistently shown to her.

Haylee is getting married in the Summer of 2024. She lives a very active lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and getting outside with her dog, Winnie.
