RFA Mandelic Serum 8% is a corrective serum that helps to prevent acne breakouts and balance the appearance of the skin. Mandelic acid is antimicrobial, regulates sebum production to help prevent breakouts, clears pores, exfoliates, and stimulates cell turnover. Mandelic acid is used to treat hyperpigmentation and melasma. It works by breaking up discoloration produced by sun exposure, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), and hormones. The fact that every single component boosts or complements Mandelic Acid's effects is what makes this serum so unique. A combination of azelaic acid, niacinamide, and lactic acid lowers inflammation, exfoliates dead skin, and boosts collagen production.
How To Use: After applying cleanser and toner, apply evenly over clean, dry skin every other day for 2 weeks, then apply once daily, or as directed by one of our acne specialists. Follow with your preferred moisturizer.
